Ticketing Policy
By using a ticket, ticket holder (“Holder”) agrees to the terms and conditions stated herein (the “Agreement”). Holder is admitted on the condition, and by use of a ticket, Holder agrees on behalf of Holder and on behalf of any minor accompanying Holder (“Minor”) that:
(a) Holder shall not transmit or aid in transmitting, or make or aid in the making of any commercial use of, any information about the match or matches to which it grants admission including, without limitation, any account, description, picture, video, audio, reproduction, or other information concerning or in connection with the tournament, the players, or the Venue (the “Tournament Information”);
(b) Topnotch Events is the exclusive owner of all copyrights and other proprietary rights throughout the tournament and Match Information; and
(c) Topnotch Events and their affiliated entities, the Women's Tennis Association, , the United States Tennis Association, and all other USTA Tournaments (collectively, the “USTA Entities”), and each of their respective agents and licensees, shall have the unrestricted right and license to use Holder’s and any Minor’s image, likenesses, name, voice, comments, or other proprietary or public rights in any live or recorded broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, audio sound, audiovisual, and/or other recording taken in connection with the game or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part of the game, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known without consent, compensation, or further notice.
The rights granted herein to Topnotch Events and their affiliated entities and the USTA Entities are freely assignable. Breach of any of the foregoing by Holder will automatically terminate this license and may result in further legal action.
The Holder using a ticket assumes all risk of personal injury and/or loss of property incidental to the game of tennis, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual playing of the match, including specially, but not exclusively, the danger of being injured by wild-hit balls or thrown racquets or items thrown into the stands, and agrees that Topnotch Events and any affiliated entity, the Women's Tennis Association, the United States Tennis Association, their agents and players are not liable for injuries resulting from such causes.
A ticket is a revocable license, subject to denial of admission subject to revocation and removal without compensation at the managements discretion.
All sales are final and refunds are only allowed in circumstances as explained in this section, and the "Single Session Ticket Cancellation Policy." Topnotch Events will attempt to accommodate ticket holder circumstances; however, all/any exchanges/refunds are subject to the discretion of Topnotch Events. Please note that seating maps are representative of a venue’s layout; however, they are subject to change at any time, and refunds are not allowed if the seating map is updated, if additional seats / rows are added, or if seats change after purchase. Please ensure that you and your guests review the dates, locations, and seats of tickets prior to purchase as Topnotch Events, nor Vivenu are responsible for any purchase of tickets, or ticket order for an event that the Holder is no longer able to attend.
Topnotch Events may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date, and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price.
COOLERS, CARRY-IN FOOD, AND BEVERAGES PROHIBITED. Leftwich Tennis Center and Topnotch Events reserve the right to check the bags of any person entering the Venue.
2026 Single Session Ticket Cancellation Policy:
If any match is completed OR 90 total minutes of play has taken place on any court during any one session the session is considered complete and no exchanges or refunds will be made.
Patrons are advised that the schedule of play as well as session dates, number of matches, and starting times are subject to change for all sessions. Tickets are not eligible for exchange due to one or more changes in the schedule of play. Tournament officials reserve the right to determine when a session begins, ends, is delayed, or postponed.
Weather Policy
Delays:
If a session is delayed due to weather, but at least (1) one match or 90 minutes of match play has been completed, that session is considered complete. There are no refunds or ticket exchanges for delayed sessions.
Cancellations:
If a session is cancelled due to weather, only fans who have purchased individual tickets can exchange their tickets one-for-one to another session. This exchange is limited to sessions 2-9 (Thursday Day Session). Tickets cannot be exchanged to Sessions 10, 11 or 12.
“One for one” means an individual ticket will be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value. For example, an individual who has purchased a Sideline seat on Monday Day can exchange their ticket for a Sideline seat on Thursday Day. All exchanges are based on availability. Complimentary, series, boxes, suites, hospitality/tent, all-inclusive, sponsor, and third-party resale tickets WILL NOT be exchanged.
Ticket holders must email proof of purchase to info@memphisclassic.com within 24 hours of the canceled session to receive a ticket exchange. Only the original purchaser of the ticket (purchased directly from the tournament office or Vivenu.com) may apply for a ticket exchange.
INFORMATION TRANSMISSION POLICY
No credentialed person or ticket holder may continually collect, disseminate, transmit, publish or release from the grounds of the tournament any match scores or related statistical data during match play (from the commencement of a match through its conclusion for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose). The continual use of laptop computers or other handheld electronic devices within the confines (spectator area) of the tournament match courts is prohibited. The exception to this provision is properly credentialed media, tournament vendors and tournament staff when used in the performance of their duties.
