Ticketing & Attendee Data Use Policy

This Ticketing & Attendee Data Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to events held within the United States and to attendees who are residents of the United States. By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or attending the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this Policy.

Information We Collect

In connection with ticket purchases, registrations, and attendance at the Event, the Event Organizer may collect personal information, including but not limited to: name, mailing address, email address, phone number, demographic information, transaction and purchase details, attendance history, preferences, and any other information voluntarily provided by an attendee.

How We Use Information

The Event Organizer may collect, store, process, analyze, and use attendee information for legitimate business purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Marketing, advertising, and promotional activities

  • Sponsor, exhibitor, and partner engagement

The Event Organizer may share attendee information with third parties, including but not limited to event sponsors, exhibitors, partners, vendors, service providers, marketing partners, analytics providers, and other business partners for purposes related to the Event or other lawful business purposes.

Third parties may use the information shared with them in accordance with their own privacy policies and may contact attendees directly regarding products, services, or promotional offerings. The Event Organizer does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, data usage, or communications of third parties.

Marketing & Communications

By purchasing a ticket or registering for the Event, you consent to receive communications from the Event Organizer and its partners regarding the Event, future events, products, services, and promotional offerings. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions contained in such communications.

Aggregated & De‑Identified Data

The Event Organizer may aggregate and de‑identify attendee information so that it does not identify an individual. Aggregated or de‑identified data may be used or shared with third parties for business, analytics, reporting, marketing, or research purposes without restriction.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, attendee information may be transferred or disclosed as part of that transaction.

Limitation of Responsibility

Once attendee information has been shared with a third party as described in this Policy, the Event Organizer is not responsible for how such third parties use, store, or disclose that information.

State Privacy Rights

Certain U.S. state privacy laws may provide residents with rights regarding their personal information, including the right to request access to or deletion of data. Requests may be submitted using the contact information provided by the Event Organizer and will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

Agreement

By completing a ticket purchase or event registration, you acknowledge and agree to this Ticketing & Attendee Data Use Policy and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described herein.
